MedNet awarded as ‘TPA of the Year’ 2019

MedNet was awarded the ‘TPA of the Year’ for 2019 at the MENA Insurance Award Ceremony held at The Ritz Carlton DIFC, Dubai, UAE on the 30^th of January 2019. 

The awards recognize and reward insurers, reinsurers, brokers and insurance administrators based in the MENA region for having demonstrated exceptional customer service and innovative product development over the previous year. The awards encourage continuous improvement and innovation across various categories.

For MedNet this award underpins our levels of commitment and performance to our members and all partners.  MedNet, as a leading administrator of healthcare services in the region, is recognized for the achievements of last year in the areas of innovation, digitalization, market expansion and for value-add service offerings. Our key achievements focused around:

1.   Commitment to harnessing innovative technologies to enhance efficiency as well as raise standards across various markets (Digitalization).

2.    Offering better quality services to members and clients in a user-centric manner (Beneficiary Module for policy endorsements, Online monitoring tool, Online quotation tool).

3.     Geographical expansion into APAC region (Expansion of services to Sri Lanka market)

4.     New service offering for Life insurance companies. (MedNet Life)
